Panzerotto “Provolè”
Preparation:
Wash the rocket and the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the semi-spicy provolone into slices. Bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 3-4 min. Remove from the oven and stuff the panzerotto first putting the rocket, then the mortadella, the provolone, the compote, the tomatoes. Drizzle some extra-virgin olive oil.
