Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal from a contract is excluded in the following cases:

  • order of customised Products;
  • order of Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • order of sealed Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or for health-related reasons, or that have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, in particular, Customers are informed and must accept that the “Products that can deteriorate or expire rapidly” include those food products whose characteristics and quality are subject to alteration, also as a consequence of improper storage by Customers after delivery.


Without prejudice to the foregoing regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Customers have the right to withdraw from the Agreement, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the time when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (i) received the product, or, (ii) in the case of the purchase of several products delivered separately in a single order, the last product has been received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers must notify BASE PIZZA SRL, with registered office in Gravina in Puglia (Ba), on Via Baffi, 7, of their decision to withdraw from the Contract, by means of an explicit declaration to BASE PIZZA SRL, delivered according to Customers’ preference. The price paid and the relative shipping costs will be refunded, where possible, by the same method of payment used by the Customer when the Product was purchased.
