The products are delivered refrigerated by couriers. No responsibility can be attributed to Base Pizza srl for delays in delivery, which will not require an appointment and is intended at street level.

 

Products are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.

 

Orders received after 6.00 pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following Thursday.

 

Products purchased on www.basepizzaitalia.com can only be delivered in Italy and France, on average within 3/4 working days from order shipment. For deliveries to Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily, consider 2 additional days.
IN ITALY SHIPPING IS FREE.
FOR SHIPPING IN FRANCE: from 1 to 60 cartons the transport is equal to 250 €. From 61 to 120 is equal to 500 €.

 

Delivery times are estimated and not firm; deliveries may be delayed due to holidays, strikes or other causes of force majeure, as well as locations that are difficult to reach. For orders paid in advance by bank transfer, the delivery times elapses from the time of payment confirmation.

 

After receiving payment, Base Pizza Srl will issue an invoice for the sale of the products (on the basis of the information provided by the Customer). No changes to information will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

 

Products that are not picked up the by Customer will be returned to Base Pizza Srl. In this case, the costs for returning the products to Base Pizza Srl shall be charged to the Customer.

 

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer must check that packaging is intact, not damaged or altered in any way. Any problems must be reported immediately to Base Pizza srl by email to ordini@basepizzasrl.it, or by calling 080 3250183.
