“San Daniele” Panfocaccia
Proceedings:
Preheat the oven to 250°C and heat the panfocaccia for 3-5 minutes, until it is hot and slightly crispy. Once it is ready, top it with Parma ham, salad leaves, slices of tomato and mozzarella. Finish it off with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano.
