Pizza “La variopinta”
Procedure:
Sprinkle the entire pizza base with truffle cream, stracciatella and previously truffled porcini mushrooms. Bake in preheated oven at 250°C for 7 to 8′.
Remove from oven and add crumbled walnuts, crusco bell pepper, previously blanched broccoli florets, pecorino cheese chips and lastly extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
