“Tirolese” Panfocaccia
Proceedings:
Preheat the oven to 250°C and heat the panfocaccia for 3-5 minutes. Once it is hot, top it with radicchio, lamb’s lettuce, artichokes in oil, stracciatella cheese and speck. Serve immediately and enjoy!
