In this recipe we used

Saltimbocca 25x10 cm

Saltimbocca “Mandorlino”

Procedure:

Wash the arugula and yellow date tomatoes. Slice the fior di latte mozzarella cheese. Saute and salt the mushrooms in a pan. Cut Saltimbocca in two and bake in preheated oven for 3/5′ min at 250 C°. Remove from oven and season by placing arugula first, then mozzarella, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Lastly capocollo, Almond slivers and extra virgin olive oil.
