In this recipe we used

Saltimbocca “Baconfumè”

Procedure:

Wash the arugula, thinly slice the smoked scamorza cheese, salt and saute the already sliced and previously boiled potatoes. Cut the peppers into long, narrow slices and cook them in a pan or in the oven with a little oil and salt. Pan-fry the bacon for a few seconds until crispy. Cut the Saltimbocca in two and bake in preheated oven for 3/5′ min at 250 C°. Remove from the oven and season by first placing the peppers, potatoes, bacon, smoked scamorza cheese and lastly the arugula and a little extra virgin olive oil.
