Take the pizza base out of the package and veil its surface with the olive pate. Add the finely chopped fior di latte mozzarella and the crumbled fresh sausage. Bake the pizza base in a preheated oven at 250° for about 7 to 8 minutes. After it comes out of the oven, cut it into wedges. On each wedge add the drained mixed mushrooms and lastly season it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and chopped arugula.
