In this recipe we used

Ciabatta 20 cm

Ciabatta “Patabacon”

Procedure:

Wash the arugula, thinly slice the smoked scamorza cheese, salt and sauté the potatoes already sliced and previously boiled. Cut the peppers into long, narrow slices and cook them in a pan or in the oven with a little oil and salt. Pan-fry the bacon for a few seconds no to crisp it. Cut the Saltimbocca in two and bake in the preheated oven for 3/5′ min at 250 C°. Remove from the oven and season by first placing the peppers, potatoes, bacon, scamorza smoked and lastly the arugula and a little extra virgin olive oil.
