Puccia "La Preziosa"
Cut the puccia into two parts. Bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 3-5 min. Remove from the oven and place the previously sautéed turnips. Stuff with the sautéed crumbled sausage and sautéed king oyster mushrooms.
Place the burratina and season with extra-virgin olive oil, sliced almonds, and small pieces of pepper. Cut in two pieces or serve whole. Enjoy!
