Pizza “La variopinta”
Preparation
Sprinkle the whole pizza base with truffle cream, stracciatella, and previously sautéed porcini mushrooms. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 7-8 min.
Remove from the oven and add crumbled walnuts, crusco pepper, previously blanched broccoli florets, pecorino cheese chips, and drizzle some extra-virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
