Focaccina “Generosa”

Preparation:

Wash the salad and cut the mozzarella and yellow cherry tomatoes into slices. Bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 2-3 min. Remove from the oven, cut in half and season by spreading the black olive pâté, the salad, the slices of mozzarella, the bacon, the mushrooms, and the tomatoes. Close and serve whole or cut into parts. Enjoy!
