In this recipe we used

Ciabatta “La Briosa”

Preparation

Cut the ciabatta bread in two pieces. Bake in a preheated oven (250°C) for 3-5 min. Remove from the oven and place the previously grilled eggplant slices. Stuff with sprigs of ricotta mousse with mint, slices of lard, roasted chestnuts, mint leaves, and pomegranate grains. Cut in two pieces or serve whole. Enjoy!
