Cooked on stone, our delicacies are ready to be received in blast chillers.

Authenticity, fragrance, flavour, and aroma are preserved by packaging in a protected atmosphere. The products are distributed fresh (from 0°C to +4°C).

Our baked goods are shipped on refrigerated trucks to guarantee their shelf life.
